Who we are

DataCenterPrep provides educational materials for people preparing for data center interviews and careers, interview question banks, fundamentals training, role guides, and free preparation tools. These Terms are between you and MB Mindpeek, trading as DataCenterPrep ("DataCenterPrep", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at info@datacenterprep.com.

What we provide

Our content is educational and general. It is designed to help you understand the environment, learn the vocabulary, and practice interview questions. It is not a guarantee of employment, and it does not reflect the specific questions, processes, or requirements of any particular employer. We keep material vendor-neutral and generalized, and we do not publish sensitive or site-specific operational information.

Purchases and digital delivery

Paid products are digital and are delivered immediately after purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); taxes and payment handling are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Your card is entered on the provider's hosted checkout, and we never receive or store your full card details. After a successful payment we deliver your files through a secure, time-limited download link, which we also email to your purchase address.

Before payment, you confirm two things by ticking the boxes provided:

• "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy."
• "I expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal where applicable."

Both boxes start unticked, and you must tick them yourself to continue. When you place an order we record your consent, including the timestamp, order ID, the versions of the Terms and Refund Policy in force, and the exact consent text you agreed to.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day refund guarantee on eligible digital products.

Your account and email

You may give us your email to receive a free question sample or updates. You are responsible for keeping your purchase email accessible, since we use it to deliver products and handle refund requests. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Acceptable use

Our paid materials are licensed to you for your own preparation. Please do not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them, and do not use the site to break the law or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and brand on this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it, not ownership of the underlying content.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not warrant any particular outcome, including that you will pass an interview or be hired. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without excluding any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product and our legal requirements evolve. We will post the current version here with a revised "last updated" date.
