Digital products, including the Interview Question Bank, the Fundamentals course, and the bundle, are delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge how this affects your statutory withdrawal rights.

Separately, DataCenterPrep gives you a 14-day commercial refund guarantee. If a product does not make your preparation clearer, email info@datacenterprep.com from your purchase email within 14 days and request a refund.

Services

Mock interviews may be rescheduled according to the booking terms shown at checkout. CV reviews and mock interviews are refundable before the service is delivered, unless different terms are shown at purchase.

How to request a refund

Email info@datacenterprep.com from the email address you used to purchase, and tell us which product or booking you mean. We will confirm by email and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
