Refunds, clearly

Thirty days. No conditions.

If it does not make you more prepared, email us with your order reference and we refund in full. You keep the files. We would rather you told us what was missing.

The thirty days begin on the purchase date. To request a refund, email info@datacenterprep.com from the address used for purchase and include the product name and order reference. You do not need to give a reason, and there is nothing to return.

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your card issuer or bank.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them. Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, and before payment you expressly request that immediate delivery and acknowledge how it affects your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Consumers in the EU and UK have a fourteen-day withdrawal right on digital content unless they expressly waive it in this way. Whichever gives you more, applies.

We may reject fraudulent, abusive or repeated refund claims, or requests connected with unauthorized redistribution of the product.
