  1. Learn the facility systems first: power path, cooling, redundancy topologies, safety. The exam assumes this foundation.
  2. Drill the vocabulary: N+1 vs 2N, concurrent maintainability, availability terms. These carry both the exam and the interview after it.
  3. Practice explaining systems out loud: the course is fast, and arriving fluent means the two days consolidate instead of introduce.
